By creating an account or using Little Lights, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
You must be 13 or older to use Little Lights. You must be 18 or older to use match-finding and to message people you don't already know. You are responsible for the accuracy of the age you confirm.
Keep your login secure and don't share it. You're responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

You keep ownership of the content you create (messages, conversation notes). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the App (for example, delivering your message to the person you're talking with). You're responsible for what you share.
Some features require a paid subscription (for example, Little Lights Plus or Together). Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the App before you buy.
Little Lights can connect you with people you don't know. We do not verify users' identities, ages, or backgrounds. You interact with others at your own risk. Use good judgment, protect your personal information, and use the in-app block and report tools if someone makes you uncomfortable. If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities.
We offer blocking and reporting and may review reports and message logs to enforce these Terms. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate them. We do not guarantee that we will review all content or prevent all misconduct.
Some features (including the Repair tools and optional voice input) use third-party AI services to transcribe what you say and to generate suggestions and responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate — treat it as a starting point, use your own judgment, and don't rely on it as a statement of fact or as professional advice. You are responsible for what you choose to send to another person.
Little Lights is for connection and entertainment. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or professional advice, and is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency number or a crisis line.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for conduct of other users.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
