We're here to help.

Go to Settings → Delete account inside the app. This will permanently remove your profile, connections, and messages. The action cannot be undone.

If you're having trouble accessing Settings, email us at josh@arealhumanbeing.co and we'll help you manually remove your account and data.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

If you signed in with Apple or Google, your password is managed by those services — use their account recovery flows.

Sign In with Apple ties your account to your Apple ID. If you're locked out, make sure you're using the same Apple ID you originally signed up with. If you've lost access to that Apple ID, contact Apple Support to recover it.

If you think your Little Lights account was affected differently, email us at josh@arealhumanbeing.co.

Subscriptions are managed through the app store, not through Little Lights directly.

• iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, find Little Lights, and tap Cancel.
• Android: Open the Google Play app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find Little Lights, and tap Cancel.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through the steps above to stop future charges.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies — we can't issue app store refunds directly.

If you believe there was a billing error on our end, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Try these steps in order:

1. Force-close the app and reopen it.
2. Make sure you're signed into the same account you used to purchase (same Apple ID or Google account).
3. Look for a Restore Purchases option in Settings inside the app.
4. If it still doesn't work, email us at josh@arealhumanbeing.co with the email address on your account and we'll sort it out.

You can block or report someone from inside any conversation or from their profile. Reporting sends us the message history for review and immediately blocks that person from contacting you.

We take reports seriously and review them as quickly as possible. Serious violations — especially anything involving harm to minors — may be escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Little Lights is available to anyone 13 or older. The Connect, Play, and Repair features work for all ages in that range.

Meeting and messaging new people you don't already know is limited to adults 18 and older. You'll need to confirm your age to access those features.

If you believe a minor is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

To report a concern to us, use the in-app Report feature on the relevant conversation or profile, or email josh@arealhumanbeing.co with as much detail as you can. We treat these reports as the highest priority.

We collect the minimum needed to run the app — your account info, the content you create (messages, conversation notes), and basic technical data. We do not sell your data or run advertising.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Delete account.
